SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

All items are handmade with love in Oceanside, CA. Please allow 5-7 business days for Processing & Shipping to receive your items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you receive damaged goods or your order is incorrect, please notify us with your order number and name within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue.

Vessel Esthetics has a verification system in place to ensure the fulfillment of every item in your order. If you report an item is missing from your order, you must email vesselesthetics@gmail.com a picture of the enclosed packing slip and a picture of the shipping box in which it was shipped IMMEDIATELY upon opening it.

Upon review of the packing slip, viewing our inventory count, and viewing the weight of the shipment, we will be able to verify the contents shipped in your order. Customer agrees Vessel Esthetics has the right to deny claims of missing items based on our verification process.

If you believe an item has been stolen from your package, please contact shipping provider (USPS, Fed-Ex, UPs, etc.) and file a claim for stolen merchandise. Vessel esthetics is NOT responsible for stolen merchandise. If the package is stolen or missing after the shipping provider confirms date, time, and location of delivery, the customer is not eligible for a refund or re-shipping.

Vessel Esthetics ships only to addresses in the United States. No international shipping is available at this time.

Shipping & handling rates are vary and depend on carrier rates. Rates may change at any time based on carrier.
